The Youth Performance Program was engineered to promote a foundation of strength and physical conditioning. It will increase performance and prevent injury! Its creators, Tyler and Taylor, are experienced, degreed, and certified Specialists. They will focus on ALL the key components of strength and conditioning.

This is a comprehensive, year-long exercise program aimed at improving ALL aspects of your child’s
wellness. Your child will enjoy two to three, one-hour sessions per week.
